What happens during a Quinceañera appointment?
You will be working with a professional consultant who will guide you through the amazing journey of finding the dress! Both you and your consultant will browse gowns and will assist you putting them on, it definitely takes a helping hand! We have a private viewing room. Your younger guests are welcome to join in on the fun, please watch them at all times.

Each customer is given a personal sales associate to be sure you get one on one special attention to find your perfect fit and desired style for your Quinceañera . Before you leave, your dress is checked over to make sure it looks great and is ready to wear to your registered event. At our brick and mortar store, we also offer accessories, invitations for a one stop shop experience.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes we have customer service representatives that are more than happy to help you place the order over the phone. Please have your style number, shipping information, and payment information ready.
When Should I Order My Quince Dress?
Your quince gown is custom made just for you. To ensure the perfect fit and stress-free experience, we recommend the following timeline:
6–9 Months Before Your Event
Ideal time to begin shopping and place your order.
5 Months Before
Standard production time.
2–3 Months Before
Allow time for alterations and final fittings.
Are you by appointment only?
Walkins are allowed from Monday to Friday
Appointments are highly recommended for weekends! so an experienced stylist will be able to assist you.
How long are the appointments?
Mon- Friday up to 45 minutes.
Sat-Sun up to 60 Minutes
Can i get a matching bear and accessories?
Yes, we have a variety of crowns and tiaras in store available to take home same day or order, complete quince packages with everything you need for your special day, matching to your dress! As well as our sought out Bears/Dolls made in store to best match your dress! checkout our bear category to see custom made bear dresses and outfits! We as well now offer full quince packages and bundles available with or without a dress purchase.
How much are the gowns on average?
Gowns start at $1,499 and top off at $3600.00 , with the average being between $1,499-2600.00. Please call for more detailed information.
What is the average shipping timeline for a gown?
Anytime from 7-15 business days up to 6 months depending on a few variables. Please call to request more detailed information.

Can you return a gown?
All gown sales are final, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns on special order items.
Authenticity Guarantee
We emphatically stress that our products are not seconds, defects, knock-offs, or similar merchandise. These products are new and include new tags, hangers, style/model numbers, and other original details. We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase and 100% confident that you are receiving a quality product.
Who pays for the alterations?
Alterations are paid for by the customer if you do not use our hoop skirt. Your dress must be paid in full before alterations will occur. Any additional modifications must be paid by the customer as well.
Can you check stock over the phone?
Because our inventory moves so quickly we are unable to tell you accurately if a certain dress is in stock. You will not know until you place the order or come into the store.
Are sales final?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not available for this merchandise.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations.
Can I pay in multiple payments?
We can work with you to determine which monthly payment works for you. Let us know at the time of package selection so we can accommodate your individual needs.
To order your Quinceañera dress, a 50% deposit is required, either as a one-time 50% payment or accumulated through your payment plan.
Can I return a dress that I purchased?
ALL SALE ITEMS AND CLOSEOUT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.
How do I find the correct size?
On every product detail page you will have the option to view the size chart for the designer of the dress you are ordering. Keep in mind that over 90% of special occasion dresses need alterations. We are not responsible for dresses that do not fit, those size charts are direct from the manufacturers and they cut their dresses according to those size measurements. If you are in between sizes we recommend going up a size as it's easier to take a dress in than let a dress out.

Do you sell dresses of the rack?
Yes, throughout the year we have a selection of sample dresses available off the rack at a discounted price due to discontinuation of styles or overstock.
Why do I need to pay tax in New York?
It is state law that anything purchased in the state of Illinois is subject to state tax.
What if I don't find what I am looking for In-store or Online?

Modify a in-store dress with special details or Custom Create your dream Quinceañera Dress with our talented in-store designers! We collaborate with you to bring your vision to life, paying attention to every detail. 2nd time visits are available as well as other appointments for difference experiences if you do not find your dress during your first visit.
Store hours and what to expect
We are so excited that you are planning a trip to our formal dress shop. We are a full-assistance boutique with ten dressing rooms.
At this time, we are no longer offering private appointments during store hours due to the number of no-shows. We are accepting walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.
During peak season, wait times can be long, especially on weekends. Please plan your time accordingly when visiting us to ensure the best and most memorable dress-shopping experience.
For clients who require a private appointment, availability is limited to one hour before the store opens. We also offer this option to guests who may be immunocompromised or would like to bring more than two guests. Appointments are subject to staff availability. Please email the store manager at hello@quinceaneras.store for more information.
We ask that each client bring no more than two guests, for a party of three, for all walk-ins. Space around our dressing rooms is limited, and we can accommodate only two guests in our seating area.
Guests can enjoy sitting in our staging areas while watching clients try their dress selections.
We ask that high-school students shop with their parents. Girls without a parent will be limited to trying on a maximum of three styles.
- All children MUST be supervised at all times in our store and remain with you at ALL times.
